A Journey Through Creativity and Transformation

My projects reflect a deep connection to transformation, resilience, and the intricate beauty of art. At the heart of my work is The Butterfly Effect Project, an annual exploration of themes like immigration, freedom, and personal growth, using butterflies as symbols of change and hope. Alongside this, the Chain Project pushes the boundaries of ceramics by integrating handcrafted pottery chains, symbolizing strength and connection. The Extraordinary Vases collection showcases bold, sculptural vases with oversized handles, blending functionality with artistic elegance. Finally, my Wall Art pieces merge beauty and utility, with intricate ceramic installations designed to elevate spaces, and a collection of Random Creations highlights my experimental, one-of-a-kind works. Each project tells its own story, inviting viewers to connect with the art on a personal and meaningful level.

From the moment I first touched clay in 2002, I felt a deep connection to its transformative power. I’ve been working with clay on and off since then, starting with three years of exploration during high school. After a brief break, I returned to clay during college for a few more years. About three years ago, I realized my dream of opening my own art studio, a space dedicated to exploring creativity and craftsmanship.

Many of my inspiration comes from nature, where I find beauty in the smallest details—whether it’s the intricate patterns of a butterfly’s wings or the texture of a tree’s bark. I also draw ideas from my travels, immersing myself in different cultures, landscapes, and even unique hotels.

Over the years, I have created countless pieces, each carrying its own story. Though some were left behind in my home country, most of my work since 2002 remains with me as a testament to my artistic journey. Pottery is more than a craft for me; it’s a reflection of resilience, growth, and the beauty of transformation.
